Craving a good read? Here's your chance! Download the full short story, "Family Treed." Trust me, it's a hilarious yet nail-biting night out that will leave you craving more!
As you know, if you stop by here on Wednesdays, today is all about the hubs and his photos, but today is also his birthday! I won’t rat out his age, but he is older than I am. Just saying…
So the hubs’ scenic route isn’t just about the landscapes, though you’ve seen how awesome he is with landscapes if you check out my landing page or other images I’ve posted here. But he also rocks the photography world with his faces. And since it’s also Christmas, I wanted to direct you to his Christmas faces and photos. But if you browse around his collections, you’ll see some really fun close-ups of people.
He started getting interested in steampunk because I wrote a steampunk/science fiction romance mash up called Tangled in Time and then had to explain it to him. When his right eye quit twitching, he went hunting and boy, did he find. Here’s his first Steampunk collection. And here’s the second.
I had so much fun with Tangled in Time, that I continued my mashing up into Steamrolled. And I also wrote a short story that can be found in my Project Enterprise: The Short Stories. Even better, despite the all the evidence that I’m bat crap crazy, the hubs still loves me and my books. Ain’t that grand?
Looking at that guy’s face, I could totally believe he’s Santa. What about you? Still believe? Know what Steampunk is? Have you read any? Seen any movies or TV? (Hint: Warehouse 13 is very Steampunk.) Want to wish the hubs best wishes on his painful, er, happy day?
All comments are entered into my monthly drawing for a $10 AnaBanana gift card. No Steampunk, but there are some Zombie zoaps. Very fun. Winner is announced the first blog post of the month.
Perilously yours,
Pauline
