Thanks to my publisher leaping a tall building AND out-running a locomotive, I had my author copies in my hot little hands yesterday, just in time for my book event at Read It Again and Again Bookstore, where I was part of a series of author talks. My subject was “Humor in Fiction.” I had a great time and Grace runs a wonderful bookstore!
I’m still mulling what to do with the posters. If you have any suggestions, let me know. They look really cool. 🙂
Another something wonderful, something new with this book, L&L added my personal logo to the back of the book. I can’t thank them enough for doing this!
The print release should be soon, but for now, if you have a kindle, Girl Gone Nova IS available in that format and also in Mobipocket! I want to thank the readers who have already bought the book and written to tell me they liked it! Thank you! I plan to have a release party when I know the print edition is out there. There will be prizes!
So, it’s Saturday night and I’m sitting here wishing Tremors was on SyFy (still hate that), but might have to settle for Mongolian Worms. Hard to warm up to that title, but we live in hope, right? (And no I can’t explain my strange fascination with critter flicks. It just is.)
If I can tear myself away from staring at the new baby, I just started a fun, steampunk book called The Affinity Bridge. So far, liking it a lot. 🙂
Perilously (and happily) yours,
Pauline
