The Road is Long…

Our scenic route takes us to Grand Teton National Park today. Not sure why photos of long roads catch my eye–and my thoughts. We take a lot of different journeys in this life. There are the physical journey’s to new places and the internal ones that makes us grow up. One of our daughters used to ask the hubs, “Are we taking a nudventure, daddy?”

Usually the nudventures involved flat tires, shun pikes (the roads less traveled), and running out of gas. The hubs was good at spinning problems as nudventures. What nudventures have you taken recently? Do you fear them? Embrace them? Try to avoid them? Didn’t know you were taking them?
