Craving a good read? Here's your chance! Download the full short story, "Family Treed." Trust me, it's a hilarious yet nail-biting night out that will leave you craving more!
Our winter, almost bare, branches are breaking out in spring, but I got a surprise when I went out to check the mail. I thought it was a cardinal lurking in the tree, but it’s actually an autumn leaf that is refusing to fall. If you look close, there are several of the persistent red leaves.
This seemed to fit my theme this week of persisting through the challenges of trying something new, or just dealing with the same old. (Please don’t hate me because spring is moving in already. August will come and kick my tush. And then cook it.)
So what will spring bring for you? What do you hope for? Is fall or winter hanging on where you are? All comments are entered into my monthly drawing for $10 AnaBanana gift card. Winner is announced in the first blog post of the new month.
Perilously yours,
Pauline
Pauline is persisting in preparing Relatively Risky for release, hopefully by the end of March. She is excited about releasing her first romantic suspense novel in five years, but she is also nervous, because she’s doing it without the support of her publisher.
