W4W Friday: Party Incoming!

Night Midway

I can close my eyes and remember the excitement of going to the state fair, of seeing the ferris wheel get closer and closer. As I got older, I tried some of the wilder rides, but I never loved the “tummy” bump feeling. I didn’t mind the Scrambler though. Apparently I like bumpy rides, which is a good thing. Cuz Life is a bumpy ride.

For sure my writing life has been bumpy. I tried three blogs before this one and now I’m reaching a kind of milestone for me. On Monday the 19th, I’ll have posted 400 blog posts (which makes this one #399!). Technically I haven’t written every single one (thank you guest bloggers!), but when you factor in the posts I wrote that didn’t get imported here from old blogs? I SO made it. 🙂

Monday is special for another reason, too. I’m participating in The Write Path project. There WILL be prizes. I’ll announce those on Monday, too!

Here’s hoping you take the wormhole with me this week—all the way to post 400!

Do you have a milestone approaching? Please share! We’ll celebrate together. And you know comments are entered into my monthly drawing for an AnaBanana gift basket ($25 value).

And our custom tweet for today:

“I can’t thank Pauline enough for exposing me to a new genre. I absolutely recommend reading Tangled In Time to science geeks and non-nerds alike. Pauline has the art of subtle romance down, which is something I can now say that I have been missing on my reading list. Tangled In Time is perfectly executed and an absolutely satisfying read!” FirePages
